Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Methods
We use reputable courier services to deliver orders across the UK and internationally.
Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout as follows:
Royal Mail 24 - £3.50 (free for orders over £50)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm) - £8.50
DPD Next Day - £5.50 (free for orders over £100)
DPD Next Day before 12pm - £8.00
DPD Next Day before 10.30am - £13.50
DPD Saturday Delivery - £12.50
If you select a next day delivery on a Friday it may not be delivered until the following Monday unless you select the Saturday delivery option,
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
• Courier disruptions
• Severe weather
• Customs processing for international shipments
Car Key Direct is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order does not arrive:
1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
2. We will investigate with the courier
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Car Key Direct we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To exercise your right to cancel:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Return the item within 14 days of informing us.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all accessories and documentation
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Be issued to the original payment method
• Be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
Original shipping costs will also be refunded where required by law.
